MediSync struggled with double-booked appointments, lack of centralized patient history, no unified video consultation platform, and complex subscription handling across branches. Staff wasted hours on manual scheduling, and doctors had no real-time access to patient data across locations.
We built a custom SaaS platform using React + Laravel (Inertia.js) that unifies appointment booking, telemedicine, patient records, and clinic subscription management. HorizonCare empowers clinics with role-based dashboards, smart scheduling algorithms, Stripe integration, and multi-language RTL support. Patients can now book, reschedule, or consult online while clinics track revenue and patient journeys from a single pane of glass.
